Revenue by HRM was built around a simple belief: independent hotels with character deserve commercial support that protects what makes them special. I set up Revenue by HRM because I genuinely love quirky, experiential, independent hotels and the people behind them. The best properties often thrive on creativity, responsiveness, and doing things differently, and they deserve commercial thinking that matches that pace. We enjoy collaborating with teams who are as excited about hospitality as we are, and that shared energy is a big part of why many clients stay with us long term.
LOCATION
UK based, built for independent hospitality
We are UK based and currently support UK hotels and hotel groups. Our approach is designed for regional and destination led demand, and we’re open to supporting overseas properties where the fit is right and we can deliver the same level of integration and consistency.

We tend to do our best work with 4 and 5 star leisure led hotels in regional and destination locations, especially where demand is shaped by experience as much as price. Properties with strong food and beverage, spa, golf, and alternative accommodation often benefit from a tailored commercial approach that balances rate integrity, profitability, and sustainable occupancy.
